Another Great turnout for
Kickin' It for Downs

It was another great turnout of not only teams, but sponsors for the kickin' it for downs kickball tournament at the Westbank Bridge park playground in St. Charles Parish this year.  We would like to thank Shelley Adams for all the hard work she has done year after year for not only creating this event but for all the time, and preparation she puts into it year round so that each year is better than the last.

CHANGE HEALTHCARE ISSSUE:

We have fully moved to a new clearing house and are up and running.  We are re-enrolling each client with each insurance and as we do so we are getting the downloads at that time.  

March 19th, 2024
As of 8:00 a.m. Central time there is still no movement visible to the providers or patients of United healthcare / Change Healthcare.  We are checking on a daily basis, however if you would like to check yourself please use the following web link which is the one we use as it is clear and easy to read.



March 5th, 2024
As of 3:00 pm central time  through a conference call update from Change Healthcare / United Healthcare that while they boast a 90% server up status they did admit this refers to the pharmacy connection and the top 25 customers they deal with (Government agencies and Hospitals), while providers and private practices are still down.
They suggest a work around for now through optum EDI as a clearing house through

As of march 1st 2024 there is still little information on the severity and depth of the hack that has occurred. We are currently trying to obtain updated information as quickly as we can however; change health has cut all communications including telephone lines and websites.
